Delivery service providers and suppliers are experiencing delays in delivery due to increased network demand and a reduction in the number of flights and freight line capacity. Whilst we are attempting to ship all products wihin 5 business days, this may not always be possible. We appreciate your patience during this troubling time.

Free Shipping Within Australia

Receive FREE shipping on all orders within Australia – this includes all electric golf buggies, accessories, batteries/chargers and spare parts. Free shipping is added automatically in the cart or Click & Collect is available at our Wangara Showroom.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hillside Buggies. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Free Returns

Hillside Buggies is pleased to offer Free Returns on product within 30 days of purchase OR product is faulty or not as advertised. A “change of mind” will not be eligible for a Free Return or refund on any delivery charges paid. You will be required to pay the return delivery costs.

If seeking a refund, please allow up to two (2) weeks from the day you return your package for your refund to be processed. This allows for postage and banking delays, both of which are outside of our control.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
